If you ordered the wrong item or want to return it, just return your Headset Buddy to the following address and once we receive it we will issue a full refund minus S&H. If we shipped you the wrong product, please contact us and we will ship you the correct item immediately.
If you ordered a product with the RJ9 plug on the male end and it isn't working, then you may have the wrong Headset Buddy model. We have a generic RJ9 adapter 01-PC35-RJ9 for older phones, a 01-PC35-RJ9A that works with most phones such as VOIP, Nortel, Aastra, etc., and a 01-PC35-RJ9Cisco that works with phones with Cisco IP based technology. We will gladly exchange the adapter for you if you have the wrong one.
