Yes, we ship internationally to most North American, European countries plus Japan, and Australia. When you place your order, just select your country and our system will estimate shipping charges based on your exact address. Please be aware that you may request any of the following shipping methods, depending on your location: USPS First-Class (Standard) or Priority, UPS, or Fedex.

When your order ships you should receive an email with shipping information. If you selected USPS Priority International, UPS, or FedEx as your shipping method, the customs number you receive can be used to track your package. If you chose USPS First-Class International (Standard) as your shipping method, the customs number you receive may NOT be used to track your package.

IMPORTANT: USPS First-Class International (Standard) shipping does not offer tracking or delivery confirmations for international packages, only a customs ID.

International Delivery Time:
All orders shipped outside of the US with standard shipping may take 15 - 20 business days for delivery.

If your package hasn't been received in the number of days above, check with your local post office as they may be holding it for duties collection. If you still can't find it, please let us know so we can ship a replacement or refund your purchase.

What about the message on the USPS website saying the item has not shipped?

You may see a message on the USPS site that says:

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on ____ to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.

This message is shown for all USPS First-Class international packages because USPS doesn't track these packages. If you received a customs ID by email then your package has shipped. To save yourself time, please wait the estimated delivery times shown above before contacting us about a lost package.
